Today, our guest speaker was Jeff Schuler, Superintendent of Schools. His subject: the November 5 referendum to fund renovations to the Edison, Franklin, and Monroe middle schools. This $151.5 million referendum would result in an average tax decrease of $71 per year in the bond and interest fund for the median homeowner.
