Today, our guest speaker was Jason Gucwa, representing the Lincoln Elementary School PTA's Playground Project. 
The school's playground dates from 1991, and having long exceeded its life expectancy, is deteriorated and in need of replacement. Depending on options, the expected cost is $150,000 > $200,000. As funding is not available from the School District, the PTA has embarked on a fundraising campaign.
