Our guest speaker was Walt Zlotow & his topic was "U.S. - Cuba relations & what they didn't teach us in school". He provided an overview of our military interventions (beginning with the Spanish - American war), as well as our past and current economic and diplomatic relations with particular emphasis on the Batista and the Castro regimes.
